A founder-at-heart

I connect deeply with my clients because I am a founder-at-heart. I’m relentless when it comes to creating something new and better to help startup leaders. Alongside my individual coaching practice, I have developed and scaled two successful group coaching ventures.

In 2014, I co-founded the first T-group program designed exclusively for startup leaders - a program that has transformed the lives of 235+ startup founders and leaders, one intensive retreat at a time.

In 2017, I co-created a manager training that has helped 400+ leaders in startup environments manage themselves and their teams more effectively.

I hold a few too many degrees from Stanford: a B.S. & M.S in Earth Systems interdisciplinary science, and an MBA from the Stanford GSB, where I first trained as a coach.

I’m an expert in interpersonal dynamics and emotion regulation--a field my daughter once explained to her kindergarten teacher as: “my mom works for Feelings.” Thankfully the feelings business is definitely up and to the right, so I’ll be gainfully employed for a while.
