Why nurturing?

I use the word nurturing because as your coach I don’t just offer support and care--I also will expect and challenge you to work hard to grow.

I’m like that nurturing mama bird who will feed you worms when you’re hungry, but I’ll also push you outside the bounds of your comfy nest when it’s time to fledge.

My clients describe me as “compassionate and fierce” and “tough and loving.” I bring that energy and commitment to every client I coach.
