Ben and his co-founder launched Juntos Global in 2010; Juntos provided banks with a customized, automated customer service chat platform, and grew to operate in 16 countries in more than 20 languages. After ten years growing the company as CEO, Ben transitioned out of his CEO role in 2021. In 2021, Juntos Global was acquired by Nubank.
